		<description>Bradley, I got my fat from Assouline and Roth on Richmond street. It&#039;s a warehouse. I&#039;m not 100% sure they are open to the public. Their site doesn&#039;t overtly say its not though. My friend owns Ava (http://www.avarestaurant.com/) in third street and he ordered the duck legs from his meat distributor.  I think if you give a butcher some lead time though they would be able to find duck legs for you. 

You should try making it! The legs are definitely worth having around.</description>

Where do you get some of the ingredients at?  I&#039;m in places in Philly and hit most of the local places(italian market, produce junction, the asian supermarkets, trader joes, etc) and have not seen rendered fat, duck legs, cane juice etc. 

I&#039;d love to try and make this.  It looks great.
