    Howdy do!

Where do you get some of the ingredients at? I’m in places in Philly and hit most of the local places(italian market, produce junction, the asian supermarkets, trader joes, etc) and have not seen rendered fat, duck legs, cane juice etc.

I’d love to try and make this. It looks great.

Bradley, I got my fat from Assouline and Roth on Richmond street. It’s a warehouse. I’m not 100% sure they are open to the public. Their site doesn’t overtly say its not though. My friend owns Ava (http://www.avarestaurant.com/) in third street and he ordered the duck legs from his meat distributor. I think if you give a butcher some lead time though they would be able to find duck legs for you.

You should try making it! The legs are definitely worth having around.
